CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Refund Policy: A full refund of the deposit will be given only if cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to your departure date. Changes are allowed only with at least 48 hours notice from your departure date. Cancellations or changes are not accepted within less than 48 hours. In case of cancellation within less than 48 hours or a NO-SHOW, the guest will be charged the full amount of the shuttle service.

 

4.2 Private Vehicle Options: Our private vehicle options are non-cancellable and non-refundable within 48 hours of departure, for any reason. If you need to cancel, please notify us. If you need to change something (pickup, drop-off, waiting time), call us as soon as possible so we can advise if there will be any price changes. Please be on time.

 

4.3 Airport Shuttle: We include ONE HOUR of wait time from the scheduled landing of your aircraft. For flights delayed more than two hours, we reserve the right to cancel with no refund if our drivers cannot accommodate a schedule change. Please send us a message if you have a flight delay before you leave.

 

4.4 No Shows: If we arrive and cannot find you, we will wait for five minutes before moving on to the next customer. We will not turn back. Please be on time. Be ready 30 minutes before your departure and be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for pickup.

 

4.5 Modifications: To modify the reservation, please contact us directly via WhatsApp at +502 3972 8290.

 

4.6 Refund Process: Refunds may take 7–14 business days, but this may vary depending on the company and payment method.

 

4.7 Transfer of Reservation: Shuttle reservations may be transferred to another person. However, if this occurs, the original shuttle service will be terminated and the guest will be charged the remaining amount.
